• We only ship to Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, Malaysia, UK, France, Germany, South Africa.
• All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after payment has been confirmed.
• Please note: Cut off time for same day delivery is 2PM (Sydney Time). All orders placed after 2pm will be sent out the next day.
• Shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays. They are during business hours Monday to Friday.
• Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for items to be delivered in NSW. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
• Where possible, items will be combined into one order. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.
• Where possible, tracking will be provided.
• International delivery charges will depend on which country to be delivered and will be calculated at checkout.
